For this swap you'll be creating one BLUE colored ATC for one partner. It has to have something blue on it. Use your imagination and have fun. Any medium welcome.

Requirements: 4.9 or higher rating. No recent 1's or 3's allowed within the past 3 months. I have the right to ban anyone who don't meet these requirements. USA only.
