Owl ATCs

Hey I came in and saw you were indeed starting this swap that you wanted to do! I'll sign up---but I think you need to clarify the "one owl theme for the cards"--maybe it's me, but I'm not sure what you mean--like if I make a card with a pix of a white owl, the second card needs to be a white owl??? Too confuseing and then you are talking songs and poetry----clueless here!

OK--I clarified for you, Gypsy--no just an owl per card! I was thinking that the "owl" could just even be the letters O-W-L somewhere on the card-so as long as every card has an OWL on it, it fits the description--I just want the creativity to flow! Does that makes sense now?

Ooooh, I love owls, and it starts on my birthday - how can I resist!

I'd be a little concerned by the 4.3 minimum though, considering that's enough to be partially suspended fairly easily! (Besides, everyone so far is a perfect 5.0!)

I hate to ban anyone :) However, I would really appreciate input if someone notices a swapper who has signed up and that swapper is a complete flaker! But I want to give people a chance to explain why their rating is low or whatever. I've noticed that people from out of the country often has lower ratings probably due more to our lovely postal system than because they are bad swappers. I am also willing to angel anyone who doesn't receive a swap--so no worries (unless EVERYONE flakes, LOL) Thanks for signing up and thanks for your advice!!!!

I am allowing an exception to my "rule" up above and letting someone with a lower rating join our swap. She has given me full details and other swappers have vouched for her and I hope you all will be kind and accept her as well! Thanks, Rebekah

Poot. I'm going to have to drop this - I've ended up with a jam-packed birthday weekend and I don't think I'm going to have a chance to make them before the start date. If I can, I'll come back! (I promise it's nothing to do with people signed up, by the way - just from looking at my calendar!)
