What size is a "small flat rate box"?

I found this when I googled: Outside: 8 11/16" x 5 7/16" x 1 3/4" Inside: 8 5/8" x 5 3/8" x 1 5/8"

I am used to the metric system so this is just confusing for me, but those are the measures anyways. I think!

Is this for US only? Because I don't think we have that exact box in sweden...

Nor here in Germany. The post office sells some fixed-size boxes here but none of them are a flat rate (or that exact size).

@boue the measurements you gave are 22.1 × 13.8 × 4.4 cm outside; 21.9 × 13.6 × 4.1 cm inside. (Which is roughly the size of a "Packset XS" over here: 22.5×14.5×3.5.)

Oh, how I wish I had that much kawaii stuff to trade! :) What are some good sites you can purchase kawaii? I would love to join a swap similar to this in the future!
