Happily & Sadly Every After

For this swap, you will be writing two short stories to send to your partner, each 500-1000 words long. Guidelines & fun twists:

1. The first story will have a happy ending.

2. The second story will start just like the first story. Approximately the first 200 words will be exactly the same as the first. Then? Something else happens, some other twist, choice, or flow of events that causes it to end (boo) sadly.

3. The genre is sender's choice. However, once you are assigned your partner, you will need to look at their profile and add two things from it into the stories. These two things can be divided however you choose (one in each story; both in one & none in the other). These can be major or minor, completely your choice. Example of major: Your partner loves dragons and your main character is indeed a dragon. Minor: Some little detail in the scenery such as a pile of yarn by her bedside or a beautiful sunset out the window. You will write a note at the end of your stories and let your partner know which two aspects / items from her profile were woven into the stories.

4.97 rating minimum; at least five type 2 or 3 swaps under your belt; no recent 1s or 3s.

(Note: Though this will fit into a letter envelope, I am making it Type 3 since it is creativity & time intensive.)
