For this swap you will have one partner and to that partner you will send 6 unwritten postcards in an envelope. Postcards sent must fulfill 6 (of the 12) categories listed below:

  • pc with a nursery rhyme or nursery rhyme theme

  • pc picturing a toy

  • pc with an animal print (can be on an animal ;+)

  • pc with leaves but no flowers

  • pc with a black & white photograph of a man

  • pc measuring larger than 4" x 6"

  • pc with a night view

  • pc with a BIG anmal (e.g., elephant, whale, giraffe, etc)

  • pc featuring an image by a famous artist from your country

  • pc featuring something orange

  • pc vintage or vintage-style

  • pc sender's choice

CHALLENGE: shaped-pc--not rectangular or square

Along with the six unwritten postcards, you must include a note letting your partner know which category each postcard represents or a little post-it on the back of each card.

You may send zazzle or etsy cards for this swap--just make certain the quality and resolution are excellent.

As far as touristy/non-touristy postcards, I will only say that the object of the swap is NOT to go to your local drug store, buy 6 local postcards and MAKE them fit the categories. I've gotten lots of feedback from participants on touristy vs non-touristy and realize everyone has personal likes/dislikes. My hope is that participants will choose and send thoughtfully. Remember...you only have to come up with 6 of the 12, and one of those can be sender's choice! If you opt to send a postcard from the challenge category, you will be sending 7 postcards instead of 6.

Participants must have a 4.9 rating and been rated for 10 Type 2/Type 3 swaps. If you do NOT meet these requirements and still want to join, please message me.

Join with confidence; I will angel this swap if necessary.

You must know, Heidi Tamminen ( nightrainboww ) received my envelope (28/05/2013) but she didn't rate me yet.
