Requirements: Must use a black & white photo. Size: The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy (non-flimsy) backing. Use glitter, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling or whatever is needed to make your ATC look itâ€™s best. Please NO sticker slapping!! I will angel if needed : ) Have FUN!!

I wish I could make atc's! But I am HORRIBLE at! If anyone ever wants to do private swaps I can trade postcards!!!

Does the whole atc have to be black and white, or just the photo??
