Connecting the Islands!

Private swap between @Caitlin and @Mara76

Caitlin will send goodies from Hawaii and Mara will send goodies from Ireland.

• 5 pieces of ephemera from your town or country (brochures, pamphlets, maps, etc.)

• 3 postcards of your town or country

• A recipe from your country/town/culture. It can be from a local restaurant, your grandmother, or just something typical to your country/culture. It doesn't matter, as long as it's local and includes a picture! (The picture can be taken by you, clipped from a magazine or printed from the internet)

• 3 bags of tea, cocoa, or coffee. Not entire packs, just three separate pouches.

• 1 local souvenir, store bought and sender's choice.

• 1 book in your language.

• 3 local food products

• @Caitlin will send a handmade Hawaiian shell bracelet. @Mara76 will send handmade jewelry with crystals and pearls.

• A list with 5 things you would recommend your partner to see/visit if he/she ever came to your town. Explain why for each thing you mention and add pictures/clippings/flyers/brochures - anything to illustrate it, really.

• 3 random items, entirely sender's choice! (Don't do postcards or notepad sheets if you've already included them for one of the former requirements).

Caitlin will use some of these requirements to send Hawaiian coffee, a Hawaii t-shirt in size medium/large, a Hawaii magnet, and a Hawaiian children's book.

Mara will use some of these requirements to send Irish tea and cocoa, a book of Gaelic phrases, an Ireland t-shirt in size medium/large and a bar soap.
