Day of the dead swap

I wanted to create a swap that incorporates day of the dead themes (sugar skulls, marigolds, skeletons, possessions of a loved one, religious imagery, figurines, altars) as well as a letter/description of personal loss and remembrances. This holiday celebrates loved ones that have died.

This loss could be human or animal.

I want to make this swap open to expressing yourself about your personal journey of celebrating/remembering ones we love.

You will have one partner. Please include a personal letter (memoirs, experiences, journey, process, descriptions, journal, etc) at least one page long. Typed or hand written. about a loved one.

Please send one art related piece that is Dia De Muertos themed (drawing, embroidery, sculpture, collage, painting, softie, ATC, jewelery, etc. This piece must be handmade by you.

Since this swap is very personal and sensitive, my swap requirements are that you must have at least 20 swaps (2's and 3's) no recent 1's or 3's.

Dia De Muertos is celebrated Nov. 1st and 2nd. I always liked that it is right after Halloween. You may include Halloween imagery if you like.
