Description:

This swap is open to newbies and experienced swappers alike. It is open to anyone world-wide (International/USA/Canada). If some of you would prefer to still have the same swap open to just USA/Canada, please let me know and I will start one.

Newbies must have a filled-out profile - a little something about yourself, likes/dislikes, etc. Having likes/dislikes will help your partner(s) send you stuff you actually like. You must also sign in to your account frequently otherwise you will not be included in the swap.

All experienced swappers will have to have a rating of 4.8 and above.

I will angel swaps if I have to but hopefully I won't have to. If you don't send your swaps, you will be listed as a flaker. Please, only join if you are honest and reliable about sending out swaps.

If you have any unresolved rating of 1 or 3 within the past two months, please message me to let me know why that happened and I will decide if you will be in the swap or not.

Kindly take some time to look at what the swap really calls for and also importantly, to look at your partner(s) profiles and their likes/dislikes before sending out any swaps. Kindly send swaps that you, yourself, would like to receive.

Send your partner the following:

A new, handwritten postcard with a Christmas theme. Write something on the postcard, eg. Christmas wishes/poems/a short note/etc. Please DO NOT send anything that is torn/old-looking/yellowed/etc. If there are certain icons that you do not like eg. religious, santa, etc. please make sure you state that in the comment section below or on your profile. Also, remember to write on the postcard, the swap name and your ID.

No fat Santas. I like slimmer, or whimsical is fine. See my profile. No piles of presents, unless part of a scene.

Would an older postcard be OK if it's in mint condition. I have some cards from probably the 60s but they were in an unopened package when I got them. They're not even yellowed.

@seekingjoytoday - yes, as long as it looks new. Hugs!

@HelenG6 can I ask why you don't want fat santas?

I prefer the un-religeous Christmas PC. Thinks like snow an houses, snowmen, Santa, elves. Old or new. Well old will be better cos I love vintage PC, but thats only if you have one lying around :)

I like any Christmas postcard, new or vintage, size 10x15 or similar, and please non-religious only (Santa ok, nativity scene not ok). My favourite topics are cute birds, children, decorated houses/towns and the like :)

KSENiA 10/29/2013 #

I like almost everything Christmasy, but I would prefer non-religious ones (which means no nativity scenes); and no babies, please.

I prefer people / animals / characters, Christmas markets, decorated houses. I also love vintage pc's.

No religious for me thanks
