Hi this card is for all the soliders and people that have died and they don't have to be soliders they can be family or friends we should not forgot them either.

Ok so you will have one parnter to make one card for, this card can have the word Remembrance Day on it or a poppy or anything else as long as it has to do with Remembrance Day. If you get a card in the mail please give it a 5 and then it is up to you if you want to give a heart.

An ATC is short for Artists Trading Card. It is a card that is 2.5" x 3.5" in size (which is the size of a standard card in a deck of playing cards. It is usually made of card stock and can be hand drawn, decorated and embellished in any way you like and on the back of the card you should add the following: title of the card, your name, date created.

If you don't receive your card please let me know and l will make one and send it to you. Have fun

How odd...the card I just sent last week....was a "remembrance" card. Complete with a poppy and the word on it....haha maybe I am psychic.

When is Rememberance Day? In the US it is called Memorial Day and it is May. I will be glad to join your swap.

Remembrance Day (11 November) in Australia marks the anniversary of the armistice which ended the First World War (1914–18).

Thank you for letting me know. Here in the US Nov 11 is called Veterans Day. It is hard to imagine that WWI is almost 100 yrs old. I am old enough to remember a WWI vet. Now that does age me.

Ah Carmen! I'm so very glad you have created this swap! Canada and Australia (as well as \the U.K). use the poppy in memory of our soldiers/sailors and airmen, so this is a great opportunity to introduce Americans to it! I have a friend in Ohio who has an uncle who fought in WWII and he cried when I sent a poppy to her for him ~ he remembered the Canadians and British he'd fought with in the trenches.
