Let's make some glittery Halloween ATC's! Standard ATC size 2.5 x 3.5, for one partner. Draw, cut color or stamp. Use glitter, glittery papers, glittery embellishments, glitter fabrics, glitter tape, or anything else you can think of that is glitter and "screams" Halloween! Please swap your best work! There is plenty of time to make something wonderful for your partner! You must be rated at least 4.9 and have no recent 1's or 3's.
