Description:

Happy Autumn, Sharp Shooters!

I love the autumn season--milder temperatures, changing colors, beautiful clothes. And the bonus--boots can be worn without apology. :-D I enjoy taking in all the beautiful autumn scenery--the four-color trees, squirrels scurrying about, the colorful pumpkins and gourds decorating stores and homes.

All too soon, all of this will be replaced by Christmas items and snow, but I want to look at Autumn a little longer. Aha! I possess the power to hold on to the season with my trusty CAMERA! So join me in my pursuit of Autumn!

For this swap, you will send your partner an autumn photo and an autumn poem. Presentation of poem and photo? Sender's choice--naked postcard, note card, or photo in an envelope, poem decorated (or not), written on the back of a postcard, separate from or integrated with the photo. The important thing is that we share our love for the beauty of autumn, so we can post our fall poems and photos everywhere.

Please note this is NOT a creative writing swap. HOWEVER, if you do write poetry, feel free to write and include your own "Ode to Autumn." It counts! The vast majority of us will be googling "autumn poems" and selecting one of our favorites.

The photo itself must be printed professionally or on a high quality photo printer.

Send to your partner. Include a brief note with your swap ID and the swap name.

Happy Shooting!
