Description:

in this swap you will do something good for the environment every day for the entire month of june. this is 30 days. in an e-mail to your partner (no paper!) you will document what you did each day. try to do something different each day, there is always something new you can do, and everything can make a difference. for hearts you can take pictures of some or all of the things you did. some ideas: switch out your lightbulbs for energy efficient ones, eat locally, set up a recycling routine for yourself, don't use paper for a day, bike or walk to work, etc. here are some links to give you even more ideas: http://www.wecansolveit.org/content/action/ http://treehugger.com/ http://www.greenlivingtips.com/

this swap is open to EVERYONE. my hope is that this will lead to better habits in all that participate, and that we can all live lives that are less harmful to the environment. questions? just ask. enjoy!

This is a lovely way to share that good going-green energy. Just a question: Do we e-mail at the end of the time, every day, once a week?

I love this idea for a swap! What a neat idea...I hope I cna do something good everyday especially when a week of it will be spent in the city of sin and excess...Las vegas! Tia

sorry! this will be one long e-mail at the end of the month. if you would like to i don't see a reason why you couldn't send them weekly if your partner would not mind. i would discuss with your partner just to be sure, but i originally had intended for it to be one long e-mail. either way would be fine. thanks for asking and participating! :)
