Mermaids

For this swap, you'll be making a mermaid ATC.

Your ATC needs to be 2.5x3.5 inches and feature a MERMAID.

You may use any single or multi layer technique you'd like, but please put time into it. Draw, paint, glue, layer, ribbon, rub on, stamp, whatever you do best.

Don't just print out an image and put it on a backer. Don't sticker slap. IF you're going to use stickers, they can not be the main focus of the ATC.

I will go through every profile before I assign partners and reserve the right to ban anyone I see fit. DO NOT FLAKE.
