International swap, 2 partners.

This is a group swap based around @tizzicat 's wonderful series of swaps.

Go grab whatever you're currently reading that's in English. Copy page 136. If your book doesn't have 136 pages, copy page 36. You can photocopy it, handwrite it, type it on the computer, whatever it takes to make a copy.

Somewhere, write the title and author of the book, the name of this swap, and your Swap Bot user name. Stick it in an envelope, and mail it off to 2 people!

If page 136 (or 36) is a big spoiler, a partial page, or something else like that, then shuffle a page or two forward or backward and use that.

Since I read 99.999% on my Kindle, can I do the page that is 36%, or do you prefer I find the actual page 136? It's not a problem for me to do so, just thought I'd ask since others may be mostly reading on eReaders as well.

My nook gives me page numbers, but a Kindle doesn't?

Sure, find 36%, or guess where 136 would be, it's not the end of the world if you don't find exactly page 136, or 36.

No, the Kindle does percentages, and "locations" which is REALLY weird, but it's a Kindle thing. I have a program that is supposed to change it for me but I've never been able to get it to work right.

I'll be able to find 136 pretty easy. With my GR challenges I've had to convert my percentages to pages anyways, so I'll be able to find it. :)

I'll have to pick something hopefully good for that time, I don't think anyone would care for the book I'm reading now, it's even more different than I expected. :D

The wonderful thing about this swap? You could pick any book off the shelf and use it, because no one's looking over your shoulder to make sure you're sending exactly what you're reading.
