Light Blue PCs In this swap, make each partner, 1 Mail Art postcard, that is Mostly Light Blue in color . You can use other colors as accents, and you may make your postcards in any mediums, and you can choose any topics, as long as you keep Light Blue as the majority color. Your postcards can be any size, and should be mailed "Naked". Total of 2 postcards=1 per partner, and there are 2 partners. Have Fun!
