You will also place at least 3 stamps on the envelope.

(In case there are less than 10 people signing up for this swap, we'll reduce the number of partners to as many as we have signed up.)

As usual, please no damaged stamps.

Would homemade cards be acceptable? I'm not sure I've ever seen a New Years card.
