ATC in celebration of the New Year - 2014. Create (1) ATC for your partner. Theme is Senders choice as long as it has 2014 on the ATC. Use paint, glitter, stamps, embellishments, ribbon, yarn, bling, collage, or whatever is needed to make your ATC look itâ€™s best. Stickers allowed but not "just" stickers. The ATC must measure 2.5 x3.5 and have a sturdy backing and please complete back with swap name & your user name. This swap is open to everyone with 4.8 and higher ratings!
