Altered Paint Brush

For this mixed media swap, you will create one "Altered Paint Brush". Please use your creativity and imagination and create to your hearts content. You can go to Pinterest and type in the search box, "Altered Paint Brushes" to view many fantastic ideas to create this project. I would suggest that you go to the Dollar Stores to purchase an inexpensive paint brush. I would also recommend that you buy at least a medium sized paint brush to give room for painting and embellishing the brush, but not too large that you have to pay a fortune in postage.

You may paint and draw images, decoupage, use bows and ribbons, lace, beads, decorative crafting papers of all sorts, felt, paper clay, whatever you deem, and have on hand stashed in your crafting treasure box. This is a great opportunity to use up some of those leftover crafting supplies from various past projects. The only requirements in order to join this swap is that you must have participated in at least five swaps and have been rated with ALL fives; send your project to your assigned person on time, and make something that you would want to receive. I would suggest that you also read your partners profile to get a feel of what their likes and dislikes, and colors that they prefer. Have fun making your altered paint brushes!
