ISS: Winter Cheer Envie Swap

Let's try to break the dreary winter humdrums, with a bit of cheer in our mailbox!

You will have 1 partner, and will send 3 things in a decorated envelope, to warm and brighten their day:

• 3 different tea bags

• A quote or phrase that makes you feel happy or brightens your day

• A small flat surprise

Tea bags must be individually wrapped, and you should send a nice mix.

The quote may be simply written on a piece of cardstock or paper, or typed out. Feel free to artsy it up with stickers, coloured pens, or cut-outs relating to your quote. If you are feeling extra creative, your quote could be written on something non-traditional (wrapper, ticket stub, receipt, clean piece of food packaging). This is not required, but would certainly make an interesting presentation to your partner.

For the flat surprise, you could include:

• a sticker sheet - no teacher or reward stickers
• a cute notecard and envelope
• an unused postcard
• washi tape samples - at least 3 designs, 12" min per design
• cut-outs from magazines or books - at least 5 pcs.
• book pages - at least 2
• cute bookmark

Use your imagination, and be sure to send something that you would be happy to receive. Don't send junk!

The envie you send your swap in must be decorated in some way. Fancy it up with rubber stamping, cut-outs, coloured pens, drawing, washing tape, etc. or send in a well constructed and sturdy handmade envelope. Make it happy and cheerful for your partner!

Although this is completely sender's choice, it is always thoughtful to take a look at your partner's profile for dislikes/allergies, etc. or to make the swap a bit more special for them.

When you receive your envie you MUST rate a 5 as long as you get the above 3 things in a decorated envie and it meets all requirements per swap-bot rating guidelines. Remember, you are rating according to the requirements, and not based on whether or not you like what you receive. If something isn't your personal taste, simply pass on in another swap. Easy :)

This swap does have a fairly quick turnaround, because most of it can be done ahead of time, and it's all pretty simple :) Be sure to include a note with your swap-bot name and the name of the swap.
