Capital Idea! PC Swap USA

This swap is for a store bought post card from a capitol city, it can be a state or country capitol. If your card is not preprinted with which capital it is you need to tell your swap partner. It does not have to be from where you live. It can be a new or vintage card

There will be 2 partners 1 card each. Send naked written on to your partners.

Remember to include the swap name and your swap-bot name on the pc. If you are rated less than 4.98 you cannot join. I reserve the right to ban swappers.

As of now if you do not have a first or last name in the mailing address of your profile I will ban you from the swap. I have had to pay double postage because my partner wanted me to use their swap name rather than their real name and their envie was returned to me. My post office will not deliver mail to me unless its addressed to my name. So if you don’t want your partner to know even part of your name please do not join.

Can these cards have the capital building on it? I have cards that say the name of the city but they also have the building on it, are these ok?

Yes thats fine @tiggerski with capital building or without. It just have to be a card from the Capital of a state or country.
