Description:

Have you had enough winter (in North America and Europe?) Wanna trade? Want some cool snow (for our Aussie friends and others living in warmer climes)?

  • Think back to when you made paper snowflakes in school! It was so fun, easy and you were always amazed at the results!

  • This time use fancy coloured/patterned paper and make a 6-sided snowflake. (If you never got to do this in school --GASP!?-- www.youtube.com is very forthcoming with step-by-step instructions - "how to make a paper snowflake")

  • Send one to your partner (if you're feeling creative send two!) and show how retro you can be!

  • as for dimensions: please don't make it as small as a real snowflake!!!! 'Cause they're itty-bitty! Send one at least 4 inches wide. You might want to send it with a stiff-paper protector so that it doesn't get all bent up in the mail. Although postal rates have gone up the postal peeps STILL manhandle the mail!

This is a TYPE-3 swap. Everyone welcome, provided there are no unresolved 1's or 3's.

Get the paper and scissors out and start folding and cutting! :-)
