Description:

I think it would be fun to do a weekly swap of postcards with different theme in year 2014.

Week # 10 theme is FOLKTALE/MYTH/LEGEND.

You will have 2 partners. Please send one postcard which will present something to do with folktale, myth or legend on it to each of your 2 partners. A legend is a semi-true story, which has been passed on from person-to-person and has important meaning or symbolism for the culture in which it originates. A myth is a story based on tradition or legend, which has a deep symbolic meaning. A folktale is a popular story that was passed on in spoken form, from one generation to the next. Usually the author is unknown and there are often many versions of the tale. Folktales comprise fables, fairy tales, old legends and even 'urban legends'.

Only store-bought postcards, written and stamped. It would be nice if you'd write something nice, maybe your favorite quote, about something that touches your heart, brings a smile to your face and makes you a bit happier.

Future themes for March:

11 - ballerina

12 - easter

Swap requirements: All swappers must have full completed profile, to be active in swaps, must be rated 4.98 or higher, no recent or unexplained 1s or 3s and have at least 10 type 2 or 3 swaps. I will checked every profile, because I need to protect good swappers. If your profile is not well filled out, I will ban you from the swap without warning.

Have fun and enjoy.
