There is no 5.99 rating. Do you mean 4.99?

paperpusher 03/ 1/2014 #

Hi. You have a 5.99 rating requirement by mistake so swapbot tells everyone they do not meet the rating requirement to join and will not let us join.

Hello, can you please tell what size of an envelope that we have to fill?

Tommy123 03/ 1/2014 #

a normal envelope, but it can be bigger if you want... It doesn't matter....

Do you mean no Trash, and send 60 things?

NO stash at least 60 things,

AZmom875 03/10/2014 #

45 grams is about 1.58733 ounces, just in case any one is curious.

Started putting this together and have to say this is an awesome swap. It is so much fun going through all of the possibilities and wrapping up all of the little treasures. It's a mini Christmas! Lol.

What a pity that this swap is not open to newbies. :( We, too, would deserve a chance with such easy and fun swaps...

I mean no stash and send at least 60things how much how better but no stash things you understand?

I have to say that I am confused about this "stash", "no stash" conversation that is coming up. I put my envelope together last night (6 x9) bubble mailer and what I enclosed is 1/2 brand new store bought things and 1/2 things that I had that were in perfect condition un-used. However, I keep seeing conversation regarding the word "stash". DE-STASH means using craft supplies you have left-over in your craft supply closet/room, etc. So, if this is the case, and we aren't allowed to use any "left over craft stuff" (DE-STASH)...then I need to drop this swap right away because I already put this envelope together and it's a mix of things. The things I'm sending off that were stored are in perfect condition, and they are cute (including pieces of scrapbook paper, ribbons, etc.) If I were to buy 60 items brand-new that would be expensive even if there were $1 a piece. ($60 for 60 pieces , plus shipping???)

Can someone please clarify? (Like really clearly!) LOL.

Thanks!

with stash i mean things that you can not use for anything, i mean things that are dirty, or kind of that,,, maybe i used the wrong word, i am sorry about it !

you can send anything you would like, wenn it is in good condition :-)

so Not things that isn't in good condition that is what i mean to say...

CynthiaCelenne777 03/11/2014 #

Thank you Tommy, I think that helps. We can send a mix of things (both new and owned but not necessarily used or leftover) as long as they are all in good condition. This includes items that we have stored within our craft supplies that are unused and in good condition. However, bits and pieces of scraps that we would throw away, poor quality items and dirty items are not acceptable. Got it! Thank you, looking forward to partner assigment.

A stash here is like a supply or collection that you build up for future use or future projects. You are saving or stashing up things. Fabric, paper, and yarn stashes are common terms.

Trash means something else.

Question: Are we going to get partners assigned soon? The swap sign-up deadline was two days ago.

Newberlin 03/14/2014 #

I wonder too, maybe you can extend sending deadline since it's a bit delayed? :)
