Mail Art: Something I like + Flat Surprise

For this swap, we’ll create mail art and include a flat surprise.

The mail art can be any technique or medium. Stickers are allowed but shouldn’t be the only design element used. Somewhere in the design, incorporate one of your likes. For example, if you like polar bears, Harry Potter, quotes, etc, be sure to work that into your design somewhere.

Inside include a short note telling your partner what part of the design was inspired by your likes. Include a flat enclosure of your choice. Some examples: postcards, sticker sheet, note card with envelope, bookmark, address labels, unused stamps, or whatever else is flat and fun!

Sender’s choice on the mail art and flat surprise, but it’s always nice to look at your partner’s profile. Since the mail art is about something you like, feel free to go ahead and get started on it before partners are assigned.

For this swap, it is required to use postage stamps not mailing labels.
