Description:

For this swap you will have 3 partners to whom you'll be sending 15 photos via email. The photos must be made by you, don't attempt to use photos you find on the internet. Let's all go out and show our partner how beautiful the world is :).

You will send your partner 15 photos of your city/town/village (or wherever you live). Write a paragraph about each photo and tell your partners what they can see on the photos. Let your partner learn about the place you live in and maybe learn a little yourself on the way :).

Please send the photos to your partners' email address using bcc.

The photos can be taken with any kind of camera (digital cam, phone cam etc).

(Tip: you can either make a zip of the pictures if they're too big to send in one email or you can put them in a pdf file).

For this swap I will be allowing newbies with filled out profiles and swappers with no recent 1s or otherwise unresolved swaps that can be resolved. I will not set a rating requirement for the swap but I'll be going through all the profiles and checking each person who joins. I reserve the right to ban anyone for whatever reason I see fit to make this swap flaker free. Of course, I'll angel the swap if you get flaked on after you rate with a 1.

If anyone is interested, I would love to create a blog with photos from different countries and cities with informations about them, so if you want, you can send me a private message and I'll give you my email address so you can forward me the photos and description as well!

I love this idea, though I have to ask, is amateur photography acceptable? ...or, in other words, I do not own a professional camera.

Oh! I just re-read swap guidelines. if "phone cam" acceptable, then I guess that answers my question. :)

@JayBab :D Yup! I'm also not the best photographer out there but I totally enjoy seeing other places around the world and learning new things about other cultures or customs or whatsoever. I even like seeing where other people live XD. So I hope many people find this swap and join it XD.

i love the idea too! but i have a question; are the photos only about the view/scenery or allowed photos about the food, the festivals, tradition or everything related with our country? thank you :)

@itsmehere anything related to the country. It can be traditional food, festivals, dances etc. It can be scenery too, though XD. As long as it represents your country or specifically the place you live at and you can tell your partner about it and make her/him smarter, it works :).
