Description: | |
Springtime is here! Flowers are blooming, bees are buzzing, and the temperatures are rising. People are outdoors enjoying the weather. Winter is officially over and this beautiful new season has begun. What does Springtime look like in your city? For this swap you will have ONE partner. You will photograph around your city during this season and create a photo book for your partner of these photographs. Guidelines: Create a book containing no less than 20 photographs. (You may include more if you wish). Photographs must be in good taste (no nudity, profane graffiti, etc.) and may be of anything that represents Spring in your city (flowers, lush fields, hiking trails, festivals, concerts, local trips you've taken, your pets enjoying the weather, etc.). Write a caption or description of each photo. :) Your book can be a small photo album or card stock that you have put together with your photos pasted on the pages. It can be simple or embellished, whatever you choose. Just be sure that you have 20 photos or more with a bit of information for each. SIZE: Let's keep the size around 5x7 so the postage is not outrageous. If we keep it at around 5x7 and it's thick with photos, it should still fit nicely into a small flat rate box or similar sized envelope. Let's not break the bank! ;) This is a time intensive swap which will allow you the entire season to photograph. Last day of Spring is Friday, June 20th. You will have 2 weeks from the last day of Spring to send out your swaps. Start collecting photos as the season progresses so you'll be ready to put your book together once the time comes. Please give thoughtful consideration before joining this swap. It would be very unfortunate and unfair to your partner if you flake, especially after all the time and work that goes into a swap of this nature. Please PM me if you have any questions. Happy Swapping! :) |
