For this envie, you will be using at least 5 postage stamps (more are welcome) to equal 49 cents. Put your postage on first, then decorate your envie around the stamps. Add some decoration to the back as well. Use any medium you'd like. Include a flat surprise (that will not cost more than 49 cents to send). Idea for this swap has been borrowed (with permission) from Kittylover.

Can the postage be more than 49 cents? I don't think I send any swap out that only weighs 1 ounce! LOL!
