Description:

Do you love starting projects but sometimes never get around to finishing them? Have you got a cardigan or a hat sitting in your craft bag which you have half finished, but which you have never got around to completing? Those pesky UFOs (unfinished objects)!

I want you to get one of your UFOs out and you are going to complete it for this swap. Take a photo of it before you get back to work on it, and then when it is finally complete, take another photo.

Please note, you will not be sending this item to your partner! Although I have marked this as a Type 3 swap, because there will be a lot of work involved, all you will need to do is either write a letter or email your partner with the story of the UFO and the pictures

So to summarise:

  1. Go to your work basket and take out an unfinished object (UFO) which you have been meaning to finish.
  2. Take a photo of it.
  3. Then get those needles out and finish it!
  4. Take a photo of the finished product.
  5. Then write to/email your partner making sure to include:

* Both before and after photos
* When you started it and how long the item had been a UFO
* How long it took you to finish
* How you are feeling now it is done
* Who it is for
* Any other story about it that you have.

If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. I did have a bit of debate with myself about how to classify this swap, but as it is a time-intensive craft swap, I thought it just had to be Type 3.
