This would be illegal to mail to some countries...unless it really is an email swap?

If it doesn't work out to send the actual cigarettes, you can always just send the box stuffed with goodies. (I think is a fun idea, but I don't smoke. I'm just offering the other idea in case there are actually mailing restrictions or in case there isn't enough interest.... With all of the bad press for cigs lately and all)

Just know that if the participant is in Canada, he/she will have to pay fees for duties and taxes for tobacco importation.

Shipping tabbaco products is illegal in the US and in most countries.

Your description is also non-existent, how come you think peple are supposed to know what they'll be sending? Also as people have said, sending tobacco products is prohibited in multiple countries.
