Description:
If you have zucchini (courgette) in your garden, it's time to get creative in the kitchen! Email at least two tried and true recipes to your three partners. Do you make fabulous breakfast breads? Sizzling stir fries? Do you preserve zucchini for winter use by freezing or pickling? There was a time when in desperation to use up the zucchini that I grow, I invented zucchini sherbet. Yes, it was as bad as it sounds! I will not be passing that recipe on.
