Altered Business Card swap

Hey, Drewzal, this appeals to me but I'm curious about how you envision this -- do you favor altering the face of the business card, with the writing on it, or using the back as a blank "canvas"? Also, is there any way to see some images to get an idea of how this person you admire has done it? I do ATCs, so this is not alien to me, but sometimes it helps to see examples to get some inspiration, you know?

This is proving unusually tricky for me... finding a way to 'embellish' a business card without JUST defacing it... I mean, there's some part of me that just wants to do doodles or something. ;) But not being an avid stamper (and thus, having no stamps/embossing stuff) or a sticker person (not many stickers around here) ...I am finding it difficult to embellish them without just... falling into a pattern of marking them up. :P How is everyone else managing this?
