Sentimental Circus ATC

I love Sentimental Circus characters so I wanted to create this ATC swap ^-^ I hope there's lots of other Sentimental Circus lovers out there!

You will make 1 ATC for 1 partner using any medium you like. No sticker slapping or sloppy work allowed, please use time on your ATC to make it nice. All of us want to receive something that's well made. Remember to write the swap name, date made and your information on the backside of the card.

I will allow newbies with filled out profiles to join. Otherwise the minimum rating is 4.95. I won't allow swappers who have received 3s this year (making up old 1s is ok) or who have unresolved 1s. I reserve the right to ban anyone I feel can cause problems in this swap. I will angel if needed.
