Dinner and a Movie

I hosted this swap several years ago and thought I would try it again, it's a lot of fun!

Think of your favorite movie or just one you really like. Now plan a menu that would fit the theme of that movie. The menu should have an appetizer, main dish and dessert. Send your two partners an e-mail which tells them:

Name of movie
Menu
Three recipes
A note on how your menu ties in with your movie
Cinch? Yep. Fun? You betcha!

How about a quick little example to get those gears turning?

Movie: Walking Tall starring The Rock (yums!) Menu: Salmon dip, hickory smoked chicken with salad, Momofuku's Crack Pie

So my reasoning for this menu are that the movie takes place in the Pacific Northwest of the US so salmon naturally. His father worked in a saw mill so hickory smoked chicken should fit the bill and finally, well, they sold crack out of a casino so CRACK PIE.
