Button Scavenger Hunt

Who doesn’t like buttons? I have a large glass container of them, they are pretty to look at, fun to rummage through, and of course great for those craft projects. So why not swap some.

This will be open to ALL group members.

With summer coming to a close shortly, I thought we would do a button scavenger hunt, with an ode to summer.

These are for the sew on type buttons, with holes in the center, or a shank!

The categories are:

S - will be a "sparkly" button
U -will be a "unique" button - it could be shape, size, color, whatever makes you think the button is unique
M -will be "mini" buttons, the smaller the better since these will be tiny please send 2
M -this M will be a "mega" button, something at least 1 inch or bigger, the bigger the better
E - this be "senders choice", since I couldn’t think of an “E” word that relates to summer
R - this will be a "round" button, something ball shaped, NOT a flat circle
Plus one more a button that represents “summer” to you, it could be it’s color, or shape, something that makes you think of summer

You will have 8 buttons in total, One for each letter, S,U,M,E,R two for the mini M button, and one that represents summer. Of course you can send more buttons if you like, but that is totally up to you.

The buttons can be new OR come from your stash. If they are from your stash they must be clean, free of thread or fabric, and in good useable condition.

These are all senders choice ,so you can start hunting right away!

Please include a note stating what category each button is for, also include your name, and swap-bot name.

Since this is a group swap so all should go smoothly. If something comes up please be in contact with your partner, and keep me informed as well. I will angel if need be.
