Description:

Hello all,

There are so many cool, weird, unique animals out there that just don't get enough attention :D

This will be a series of animals of all kind, rare preferred. I just start with some and if you would like your weird animal to be part of this, just message me :) I can put a few "normal" ones in, but if so, please specify then. For example not "cat" but "Abyssinian Cat". I would like to try to specify them as much as possible, so there is a long list to follow :3

Not sure how many animals there will be. I will keep this swaps as I think people are interested in it.

9th swap: Kinkajou

Wikipedia: "The kinkajou (Potos flavus) is a rainforest mammal of the family Procyonidae related to olingos, coatis, raccoons, and the ringtail and cacomistle. It is the only member of the genus Potos and is also known as the "honey bear" (a name that it shares with the sun bear). Kinkajous may be mistaken for ferrets or monkeys, but are not closely related to either. Native to Central America and South America, this mostly frugivorous, arboreal mammal is not an endangered species, though it is seldom seen by people because of its strict nocturnal habits. However, they are hunted for the pet trade, for their fur (to make wallets and horse saddles) and for their meat. The species has been included in Appendix III of CITES by Honduras, which means that exports from Honduras require an export permit and exports from other countries require a certificate of origin or re-export. They may live up to 40 years in captivity."

But please don't just print a picture and slap it on a card...maybe you try to paint or draw, or make some bad ass collage? Maybe put it in its natural habitat or make it a funny picture expresing the animal's traits? Send something you would like to receive.

Rules:

Standard ATC size: 2.5''x3.5''. Preferred in a plastic sleeve to protect it in mailing. Please use a sturdy background. (for example, I use 1mm thick bristol board, but any thick paper will do)

Please include on the back: name, swap name, title (if existing), date created. Optional: alternative contact information, country, media used, etc. (I have made me a print template that I just cut and add the missing info, saves time. I can just recommend this :) )

Due to some swappers flaking on other series I am hosting, I do not allow these specific swappers to join any of my swaps, unless they have contacted me and the person they flaked on in advance and have worked thigns out. I will not message you, I expect you to take initiative. Please don't be upset about this rule, but I don't want this to happen again. I keep a list of "my-swap-flakers" on my profile.

Swappers with 4.95 rating or newbies with well filled out profiles I will keep the right to ban any users that seem unfit (e.g. previous flakers, no filled out profiles, etc.)

Of course if some new flakers appear, I will angel, but I really hope we are adult enough to send our ATCs out.

Previous Animals: 1 Axolotol – 2 Arctic Wolf – 3 Platypus – 4 Jerboa – 5 Dik Dik – 6 Eastern Newt – 7 Pangolin – 8 Vampire Squid

To prepare, I will tell you the next swap's theme :)

10 - Ocelot
