Description: | |
Noah sent out a dove after the flood to see if the waters had receded, and the dove brought back an olive branch. This has become a symbol of hope and peace. Let's celebrate this symbol in a cute way, by sending our partner a package of dove themed goodness. Items do not necessarily have to be Christian themed, but obviously could be as long as what is sent has images of doves. Examples could be: dove stickers, dove magnets, dove stationary or note cards, dove stuffies, dove buttons, dove bookmarks, dove pins, dove jewelry, dove socks, dove fabric, etc... anything that features an image of a dove! Handmade or storebought welcome. I'll put the value at US $6-7 (minimum before shipping), and say at least 3 items should be sent. Please no single stickers or such to count as an item, and if you choose to make a decorated/filled matchbox or the like, that should count as one item. Please put together a package worthy of this swap! Since this is a Christian group swap, I certainly hope we should have no flakers, and I will set no initial requirements other than, obviously, membership in the group. So, that would make it open to International group members as well. If you are concerned about postage, keep in mind you could send smaller, flat type items (buttons, stickers, bookmarks, patches, magnets, etc). However, I will be going through swappers profiles after the swap closes to sign-ups, and I reserve the right to ban if I see any red flags (recent no-sends, outstading late swaps, etc...). I know we are all so excited to get our partners ASAP, but please allow me up to 48 hours to assign after swap closing. It very well may not take me that long, but just in case I do find any red-flags, to give me time to look into the situation. OK, I think that's everything. Thanks! ~Nicole |
