You will have one partner and will only need to make one card. The theme is Steampunk Halloween. The card is the artist's choice. Go crazy and have fun. Standard size rules of 2.5 inches by 3.5 inches will apply. Please have a sturdy backing on the card as well. If you need to use a plastic cover on it, then please do so but it is not required. No vulgarity, profanity or nudity please. Thank you for your participation. No recent 1 or 3 ratings. It is okay to be a newbie but the profile should be well completed.
