Description:
In this swap you will have 3 partners, and you will share 1 favorite holiday cookie recipe with each of them. You will make your recipe card or page pretty. Choose seasonal stationery or decorate your recipe with stickers, tape or a hand drawn image. Your recipe can be hand written, or printed by computer if you feel that would be more legible. Your recipe should be for a cookie. It can be any kind of cookie, dropped, rolled, bar, no-bake, gluten free, etc. Please, no pies, cakes, candy or other desserts. Recipe is sender's choice, but please do be considerate and check your partners' pages for allergies. Tell your partners something about the recipe and how you came to use it. Is it something new that your family likes, or is it a traditional family recipe. Remember to sign and date your swap, and include the name of the swap. Newbies are welcome with a well-filled profile. A rating of 4.95 is required, with no outstanding or unexplained 1s and no 3s less than 3 months old. I understand that sometimes mistakes happen, but nobody likes a flaker. I will be checking profiles. Please feel free to ask questions if something is not clear. I would rather have questions now than hurt feelings later.

May we post our wishes for the size of the recipe page/card here as I would very much like to join, but I collect recipes for my recipe book and IÂ´d like to have the pages fit for the book?

Sure, you can always ask. I won't make it a requirement, but it would be nice if your partner checked and made the size you want for your book. It might even be worth a heart. :)

Okay, so IÂ´ve joined the swap and if my partners could make me a page for my recipe book, IÂ´d be more than happy and would give them a heart for sure! The size of my page is 14 x 19 cms which is pretty close to 5 x 7,5 inches (height and widht). The page should be decorated only on one side as I will attach it into my book with double-sided tape.

Do we send the same recipe to our three partners or a different recipe to each? (Or doesn't it matter?) I'm new and finding my way :)

Nancy, it doesn't matter. I expected people would send the same recipe, but you may find one of your partners has food allergies or diet restrictions and you'll want to send them something different than the other two.

Hello, I'm a newbie so forgive my question, but it seems as though you want this snail mailed. Is that correct or is emailing the recipe acceptable? Thank you for any info!
