Valentine Day Surprise and Card

This is a Valentine Day surprise and card swap. You will have one partner. You will send your partner a nice store bought or handmade Valentine Day card and a nice Valentine Day surprise for them. It can be candy or a gift of some sort. If it is candy make sure it is sealed in the box or heart and is new with the expiration date showing and current. If it is a gift of some sort, like a cup/ect., it should be store bought new. The value should be $5.00 before shipping. What you send to your partner is your choice. Don't send anything that is not new. If you send an extra something that doesn't have to be new but in EUC. But what is required is one store bought or handmade Valentine card and one Valentine surprise/gift. You must have a rating of 4.98. If under that rating, do not join. No 3's or 1's in the past 6 months. I will allow newbies to join but they must contact me first and they must have a well filled out profile and have at least 5 rated swaps with no 1's or 3's. I check all profiles and ratings and will ban if I think it necessary. I angel my swaps. If anyone knows of a problem swapper that has joined please let me know. I want to hold flaker free swaps.
