Personalized License Plate Postcard Swap

This swap welcomes NEWBIES and INTERNATIONAL players!

How about getting a postcard that looks like a personalized license plate? This will be a fun and interesting swap!

Here's what you'll do:

Using your partners first name, User ID or something from their profile, and use it to make a personalized postcard for them. For example, since I love dachsunds, my plate could say LUV DOXIES on it. Then you would decorate the rest of the postcard to make it look like an actual license plate. Write their state or country on it, and if possible (but not neccesary), design it in the style of their state or country. Make it have tags, draw bolts on it,if you want, just make it look like a license plate!

You will have 1 partner, so that's just one postcard to make. I am assigning just one partner so that you can take time to make this postcard look like a real license plate.

International players are welcome, as are newbies if they have a complete profile and at least 3 positive swaps under their belt. Oldies but goodies players must have at least a 4.8 rating with no recent 1s. If you have and questions, please free to PM me, or post a comment.

2. Good communication is a must. If you have questions for your partner, please PM them, don't leave a comment. Some people just don't read them! *Let them know when you sent your postcard, and when you receive yours. *Also, if you are you going to be a little bit late in sending it, please let your partner know. This should not happen since I am giving plenty of time to make your postcard.

3. Please rate your partner accordingly. Give time to for the postcard to arrive, especially for international players.
