if 200 grams = 1 of the big bars how many little bars would that count as ?

would that be 4 ?? I think a normal bar is 50 grams

I was thinking of sending a few different bars not just the same

You can send different small bars,total weight must be 200 grams :)

The price limit is 2.8 euros, for each partner I suppose, not both? So you don't want anyone spending more than 5.6 euros for this swap excluding postage? Sorry I'm just making sure I understand this correctly. :)
