Description:

This swap is to share a few fun things that someone can use in their planner (ECLP, Filofax, etc.). You will put a few items in an envelope with at least one first-class/0.49 stamp (but probably more like .70).

  • Please include your user name along with a little note and at least 3 of the following:

  • 5 journal cards (double-sided, 3x4 or 4x6 - they make great "to do" lists)

  • 5 "unusual" index cards (grid, bright colors, bookmarker ones)

  • dashboard(s) (a general 4x6 or 5x7 size could be used in most planners) (if you don't know what this is google "filofax dashboard" and take a look at the images - - dashboards come in many forms!)

  • Handmade or Decorated Envelope/Pocket (of a decent size that someone can use in their planner to keep washi, stamps, receipts, etc. in)

  • sheet of "dew drop", color coding stickers or hole reinforcement stickers (make them fun though - not just the white ones)

  • "planner stickers" (little icons for payday, cleaning, laundry, Rx pickup, etc. - check out etsy for ideas if you are unsure of what these are)

  • stickers/labels (at least 10 and can be smaller since they will be used in a planner)

  • washi tape samples (at least 3 samples of 12"+ each)

  • fun paperclips (at least 2) (fun shape, oversized, etc.)

  • magnetic bookmark

  • pretty or fun-shaped post-its/post-it flags (doesn't have to be a whole pad)

  • Planner Charm/Dangle

  • positive/fun quotes that could be glued into a planner (at least 4) (this should be fun picture quotes or printed in a colorful, cute font)

This is sender's choice, but please take a look at your partner's profile and try to send things they will enjoy. Send things you would want to receive! Let's all be really open to what we receive and as long as you receive 3 of the items listed above please rate a 5.

Due to some flakers in other swaps recently I am setting this at a 4.95 rating and you must have completed at least 10 swaps previously.

Are you on Instagram or Twitter? We would love to see what you are sending and receiving for this swap. Post your pictures with #swapbotplanner to share!

Are you saying we need to include a stamp worth .70 in with the swap, or mail it out with an envelope that is at least .70 cents worth to ship?

@Wheat2bn I'm interpreting that as mailing out in an envelope that probably costs .70 cents to ship. It's likely that this swap willl cause the envelope to weight more than an ounce, therefore an extra .21 cents. Hope that helps!

@wheat2bn @freyja3120 is correct. I included that so swappers would understand that I intended this to be a fairly lightweight/cheap postage swap to send.
