M/L/FT-A Book and Dinner!

Last year I took part in Honeybunny's 'Dinner and a Movie' swap which was really fun! This swap is a spin-off from that one.

Think of a fairy tale or a classic children's book that you really like. Now plan a menu that would fit the theme of that book. The menu should have an appetizer, main dish and dessert. Send your two partners an message which tells them:

Name of the book Menu Three recipes A note on how your menu ties in with the story or book

So, if I was creating a menu to go with the Wizard of Oz, I might start with Cheese Straws, for the Scarecrow. And I'd also serve some Garlic Oil for us to dip our Cheese Straws into -- that's because every time the Tin Man got wet, Dorothy had to find some oil to lubricate his joints!

And for Winnie the Pooh, I'd start thinking about honey recipes!
