Description:

What do you do with your odds and ends, bits and pieces? - You make a postcard for this swap!!!

My worktable always has a pile of "too-good-to throw-away-but-not-big-enough-to-use" pieces and a few elements that I just haven't found the right spot for.

This is the swap to use up those Bits and Pieces!

Cut them, punch them, tear them into strips! Doodle on them, paint them or use them as is! Creative collage, crazy zetti, bits to make a paper mosaic, colorful abstract. You might even be able to piece together a composed card! If you want, you can add in the spray inks, paints, stencils, modeling paste, glitter paste, pens or pencils! Just use those bits!

On the back, be sure to write the swap name. Right now, I'm sitting on a beautiful card with no user name or swap name. So, no rating, gushing or thanking :(

The usuals:

  • 4"x6" handmade postcard on heavy cardstock (think: about cereal box weight) Larger is ok if that works better for you.

  • Any mediums, any theme

  • Naked mailing - I'd like to keep it inexpensive but if you are afraid to send your particular card on it's own, an envelope is ok.

  • 1 partner

  • International is ok ($1.15 in us stamps)
