1 ATC, 1 partner & 1 load of creativity ;) You'll be creating your partner 1 ATC using collage. You can use any mediums/materials to do your collage. Get creative! Please make your ATC to standard size requirements & on sturdy backing. Seal with love including a note for your partner with information on how to rate you - your username, swap name, etc. The theme for our ATC this time is Bright Could be using bright colours, or featuring something that represents "bright" for example a Sun or a Lightbulb Using Collage Have fun!
