Description:

I have done this swap before. I did a whole ispy series.

So for this swap look through your Postcard stash. Find a postcards with an FLAG some where. It is not expected to be the main focus of the Postcard. Often flags are on the top of a building.

A flag on a ship, or a flag on a building that represents a country or a state will all work. A pirates flag is acceptable as well. Any flag from any country is allowed.

I can see where this subject of flag can get real technical. I dont want to be like that, but the idea of the I spy swap is that your postcard would have the item somewhere but not nec as the main theme. So that you understand that this is not state flag postcard swap, where the state flag covers the whole front of the card. Pretty easy to spy that.

BUT so on to more of the technical stuff: or course you can use a postcard that does have a state card somewhere on the front. For example some cards have the state bird, and the flag all on the front.

And another technical point the flag needs to be on the front of the card not the back. Many of of state cards have the state flag on the back on the bottom.

Please do not write on the front of the card to draw attention to the i spy item.

Cards need to be sent Naked, with a stamp. Not in an envelope. Card sent is senders choice. A message or quote is required.

Vintage and retro cards that were once store bought are allowed. Cards that you buy in a book/set are store bought. I realize you store buy zazzle, but nothing that you order and self print from a company. Nothing handmade nor any Ad free cards, since they are not store bought.

Please, you know to write the swap name and your nick name on the postcard right?

I will angel this swap.

I've never seen an I-spy series but this swap sounds fun ~~ thanks for hosting. I'll join as it gets closer to the date ~

You can see all the swaps I have hosted in my profile. I went to check. I did the ispy in 2013, and then stopped when I got kidney stones and surgery. I didnt start it back up after I recovered.
