Description:

The Wacky Days PC swap is a take on the wacky, strange, bizarre holidays swaps, but with postcards. Send your one partner a postcard that fits one of the themes for the week. It is okay to be creative if needed, this is for fun!

Week 30 is Monday, July 20th though Sunday, July 26th. Here is a list of Wacky Days:

20 National Lollipop Day

20 Moon Day

20 Ugly Truck Day

21 National Junk Food Day

22 Hammock Day

22 Ratcatcher's Day

23 National Hot Dog Day

23 Vanilla Ice Cream Day

24 Amelia Earhart Day

24 Cousins Day

25 Culinarians Day

25 Threading the Needle Day

26 All or Nothing Day

26 Aunt and Uncle Day

26 Parent's Day

Not sure what some of these holidays are? Click on the link below and there are clicky links on that website that describes the holiday!

  • one partner, one postcard, naked & written with a nice note and reminds your partner of which day from the list your card represents; it is okay to be a little silly or off-beat with the connection! This is for fun-some of these are strange!

  • all types of postcards acceptable except handmade and free/ad

  • 4.97 rating minimum and open to all group members in good standing. I do check profiles during sign up and before assigning partners. I will angel if needed after you've contacted your partner and had to rate them a 1.

The list of wacky days I will use consistently is July Holiday so please feel free to browse future weeks for possible postcards to use from your stash. The website does list some normal holidays too, I will include them since I am using that list, but I encourage you to find the wackiest one from your stash each week.:

I'm using my phone so I hope the image works - wouldn't it be a nice view from a hammock? Think you don't have a pc that fits? Find your most beautiful view and talking about relaxing there in a hammock. Do you have a pc you bought in a hometown, city, etc while visiting a cousin, aunt, or uncle? Send that pc and tell us about your time together!

Yay, looks like the photo worked. It is Blue Mesa Dam.

You took the photo, EmilyT? Lovely!

Thanks, yeah and on my cell phone, too! Colorado should take the credit for being beautiful, I'm just a quick point and shoot touristy cell phone photographer.
