There are already some strange mail swaps out there, so I couldn't call this by the same name, besides it is different and extremely easy! All you have to do, is go to your local dollar store, or thrift store find something sturdy enough to go through the mail, and also have an address label on it, and stick it in the mail for your partner. Nothing more than that! I only ask that you be creative, and send something fun. It does not have to be decorated or useful in anyway, it is just meant to make your partner smile to find something weird and unusual in their mail box. Nothing against International participants, but I am only making this only for USA participants because of possible mail limitations overseas. I don't know the laws, and don't want anyone to have any trouble. I'll give an example of what I sent once. A styrofoam mini "surf" board from the local dollar store. I stamped all over it, and my daughter put ribbons hanging from the bottom. But, you don't have to do anything but put on an address label and pop it in the mail! Just don't send a paper plate, I got one in return for what I sent, and it was a bit disappointing! Let's have fun with this. You will have 1 partner, and send 1 item. How more easy can that be? I hope i get a lot of takers for this, if not, I'll just delete the swap....So come on and join the fun! |
