PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING AND CHECK WHETHER YOU FULFIL THE REQUIREMENTS! THANK YOU!

Hello everybody!

I don't know about you, but here in Southern Germany it's freezing at the moment despite the fairly mild temperatures we had during most of December.

So, what better way to keep us warm than a swap? (Well, there might be more efficient ways, but they certainly are less fun!)

This swap is supposed to keep your partner warm from the inside and the outside. Here in Germany, after Christmas sales are starting in the stores, so we can try to get the best bargains for our partners.

What we'll send to each other:

  • 1 jumper or another warm piece of clothing for the upper body

  • 1 pair of nice, warm socks

  • 1 wintery, warm accessorie, such as gloves, a scarf or a hat

  • 1 full package of a hot drinks according to your partners likes (no single sachets!)

  • 1 surprise that will warm your partners heart, worth ca. 3-4 Γ’β€šΒ¬

Please add a notecard or, if you like, a letter to your swap and say a few words about the swap or what winter is like where you live.

Now, for some rules:

The value for this swap should be at least 25 Γ’β€šΒ¬ in total. You should send your partner good quality items, not discounter clothing, so you'll have to spend a little bit more on the items. Therefore this whole swap is profile based! There would be not much point in sending a rather expensive parcel which your partner won't like. So it's required to read your partner's profile and understand their likes and preferences (for example concerning colours and designs). All items have to be new and unused! Please leave the tag on! If there is no tag on the item (for whatever reason), please include the receipt. You can fold it up, so your partner can decide whether he wants to know how much you spend, but there should be some verification that the items are new. Thrifted clothing is not allowed for this swap! However, if you're an avid knitter and you are so inclined, you may include 1 handmade item! Please only do this, if you can create something that you would give to your best friend as a gift without hesitation. Please state your clothing size in the comment section plus possible preferences (especially if they are not on your profile).

Who can participate? Since this is a fairly big swap, only seasoned swappers are allowed in! You need to have a 5.0 rating and at least 30 rated type 3 swaps. No exceptions for newbies! Sorry! This is supposed to be a safe swap where everyone can feel comfortable and secure. Please have a very well filled-out profile, too - your partners need to get an idea of what you like to pick out something nice for you. I will be checking each and every profile very carefully before assigning partners - if I see something I don't like, I reserve the right to ban users from the swap. This is an international swap, so please be aware of the mailing costs and decide whether you're able to do it before joining. You can keep the swap fairly light weight, because clothing doesn't weigh so much, but it certainly will be a package swap.

So, anybody up for showing each other what winter looks like in another part of the world? Go ahead and join me!

Merry Christmas!

My clothing size is a female S and I prefer the colour black. Other colours I like are dark shades of green, purple/violet and red.

My clothing size for tops is US female L (not sure how that translates in other countries) and I prefer black as well. I also like graphic tops with skulls, gas masks, things of that nature on.

Yay, awesome to have you in this swap @bombardiette :)

Here is a useful little guide for clothing size conversions! For example, I wear a size S in US sizes, so if you're in France you would have to buy me something in 36.

Good luck mailing Internationally.
